The Multistakeholder Platforms (MSPs) for Transforming Land Investments guide provides a strategic framework for aligning land-based investments with sustainable, inclusive food systems. It details a seven-stage roadmap – spanning launch, baseline diagnostics, action planning, and iterative governance – to help stakeholders rethink the "rules of the game" for investment.
Resource Mobilization Toolkit for Communities of Practice
This manual recognizes that within many organizations there is already significant knowledge and experience – but often what is missing is structured, step-by-step guidance and facilitation support. It provides practical exercises that guide participants through building coherent project logic, including impact pathways, theories of change, logical frameworks, and clear outcomes and outputs, ensuring that interventions are well designed, strategically grounded, and ready for funding.

It builds on practical experience from the Transformative Land Investment (TLI) programme, which implemented Business Transformation Labs (BTLs) with more than 20 agribusinesses across five countries and diverse agricultural and forestry value chains. Drawing on this experience, the guide distils key lessons and practical steps for facilitating co-creation processes between companies, authorities and communities.
Inclusive Business in Practice
This guide is written for managers, sourcing teams, sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance staff (ESG), operations leads, human resources managers, and partnership staff in upstream agribusiness companies. It is designed for businesses whose performance depends on repeated relationships with producers, workers, and rural communities. That includes processors sourcing from smallholders, plantation firms hiring rural workers, outgrower firms contracting farmers, traders buying directly from producers, and integrated agribusinesses combining several of these functions.
